These sessions are for past clients who have finished our group training OR clients looking to complete their 4th or 5th class.
Drop in Session's are weather dependent. If it is a pouring rain, or high winds class will be cancelled. If you are not sure, please check back on a regular basis. It WILL be posted on this blog if it is cancelled.
**Due to our ever changing weather conditions, it is important that you come prepared to the classes- for your selves and your dogs. Please make sure you are wearing warm & water proof clothing if necessary. **

A HIKE WITH THE RUFF LIFE FINISHED

Other Information: We will be hiking up Becker Lake Area. Roads going up to the hiking spot are dirt roads with some ruts- This will be a harder hike, you are more then welcome to bring your own vehicle in case if you want to turn around and come back down the mountain. We will be stopping for a snack- it is REALLY important that you bring food for this hike. It is a rigorous hike!

Fall & Halloween Picture Drop-In- OPEN TO PUBLIC
We invite our clients to come out and get Halloween Pictures or Fall Pictures done. We welcome families, and DEFINITELY would LOVE to have the dogs come dressed up!
Time & Date: Saturday, October. 26th at 4pm
Place: Creekside Dog Park. Located on Kal Lake Rd, just past Kidston Rd.
Bring: Treats (No kibble), Long Leads, costumes (optional) and Smiles
Price: $10 per family.
Working on: This is a picture drop in. We will be doing no obedience or group activities. Families are MORE then welcome to come out, or you can just have your dog in the picture! You will receive edited copies of the photos in high quality via internet. (disks are available upon request)

FUN TRACKING
All dogs can do this! It is great fun! The dog will either learn how to ground or air scent to find their owners. Please be prepared to have a amazing time. You can eventually teach your dog to find your keys, toys, food, other people...etc. (This is a fun tracking class, it is not Schutzhund Style Tracking)
Time & Date: Sunday, October. 27th at 12:30pm
Place: The park beside Coldstream Cemetery. If you follow the road PAST where The Ruff Life used to be (7724 Howe Drive, Coldstream) we will be meeting on the road and walking in together.
Bring: High Value Treats (No Kibble), Long Leads, You MUST bring either a harness or a regular flat collar or your dog will NOT be able to track, Training collars if necessary and water proof shoes!
